Eligible Returns:

You may return eligible items within 7 days of receipt. See the returns information on our product pages to see if your item is eligible.

Non-Returnable Items:

To keep our prices reasonable and support our artisans, some items are non-returnable. Items marked as "Final Sale", "Sale" promotion (except lehengas), customized products and international shipments cannot be returned.

Color Differences:

The actual product may appear slightly different in color from what you see on your screen. This is due to fabric colors, weather during dyeing and different display settings.

Damaged Items:

If your item is damaged, email us a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours.

Request a Return:

  • The product is being returned
  • Reason for return

Approval:

Our customer care team needs to approve your return request.

We do not accept return requests via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or phone calls.

Return Steps:

  1. Once your return is approved:
  2. Pack the item neatly with the original packaging.
  3. If we have a return pickup facility, our courier will collect the item.

Exchange or Refund:

After returning the item, you may choose to receive an exchange or refund. Refunds can be in store credit or the original payment method.

Store Credit:

Store credit can be used to purchase any product on our website, equal to the amount of your returned order.

Refund Time:

Refunds for prepaid orders will take 4 to 10 days to show in your account.

Shipping Charges:

If the returned product is not defective, we will deduct the forward and reverse shipping charges before issuing any refund.

BlouseKart’s Discretion:

All returns are at BlouseKart’s discretion.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before we begin the shipment process. Once the shipment has started, you cannot cancel the order. Please call or email us to cancel your order.
